I have created a Smart Group called "customers," for which the rule is that if the card contains "customer" the card is included in the group. What I am getting in the group are cards that include email addresses that contain "customerservice." I have tried putting the search criteria in "quotes", but that doesn't fix the problem.

My address book card template is set up with a category called "group," which is where I place the words: customer, vendor, etc. Is there some way to have the smart card criteria search only in the group category on the card? This would certainly solve the problem.

Another solution would be if Apple allowed for a smart group that "contains exact" match, not just "contains." I can'be the only one with this problem. Any other suggestions?
