How to open more than first page of template in Pages 09?

When I am in the template chooser under newsletters, I would like to use the 6th page of the non-profit newsletter (the one with the front page that says "Redwoods") but when I choose that template, the only thing that opens is the first page. It won't open the subsequent 8 pages as part of the template. Is there a shortcut I'm missing here? Does someone know how to do this. Thanks.
