Farallon EtherMac SCSI power adapter?

Anyone know the specs of the power adapter used with an old Farallon EtherMac SCSI ethernet adapter? I just got a used one on ebay for my Mac Plus and I have no idea what kind of power adapter is needed. I was hoping it would be listed on the case of the item but no dice. Thanks! If you want to see a pic of what I bought you can go to the following link...

Your device was apparently made for Farallon by Dayna and is identical to the DaynaPORT DP0801, which takes a 12V, center positive power adapter. See:

for a Dayna driver installer.
