Farallon EtherMac SCSI power adapter?

Anyone know the specs of the power adapter used with an old Farallon EtherMac SCSI ethernet adapter? I just got a used one on ebay for my Mac Plus and I have no idea what kind of power adapter is needed. I was hoping it would be listed on the case of the item but no dice. Thanks! Your device was apparently made for Farallon by Dayna and is identical to the DaynaPORT DP0801, which takes a 12V, center positive power adapter. See:
