mojave stuck at login screen

Upgrade from High Sierra to Mojave I cant get past the login screen because its asking for a password. I didn't have one on High Sierra.

macbook pro login password not recognized I have done a recover install of High Sierra on my MacBook Pro and now my login password will not work. Is there a simple solution?
