Well i refunded my purchase and never got my refund. My balance is still the same, I need help.

Try logging out and back into the account and see if the balance updates. If it doesn't (and assuming the purchase being refunded was due via your account's balance), and if it's been more than a few days since iTunes Support said that they would refund you, try contacting them again (including your original case number).
