Hello, I live in Japan and I have subscribed for SWEAT twice for mistake, so I am being charged for the same thing simultaneously. I have already contacted the SWEAT and has told me that they are not allowed to refund me on apple’s behalf and so to contact the apple. I would like to have a refund for the one of the accounts that I have just cancelled. Thank you.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
