Iphone 5s not detected by Itunes?

Plugged in my Iphone 5s with USB but not detected by Itunes?

Is the latest version for iTunes installed on your computer? On a Mac you will need at least iTunes 12.8, on a PC 12.9

Did you already try the suggestions, mentioned in this article?

hi,


I have upgraded to Win10 with iTunes version 12.9.2.6. Unfortunately, since the upgrade and the re-installation of Itunes my iphone 5s is no longer recognized.


in Itunes it tells me, that Driver is not installed and phone is no longer recognized.

I tried to update in windowns device manager but there was nothing found to be updated. Is there somewhere a link to a new driver?


Yes, system is connected and I tried to follow suggestion in link above with HT204095.



What can I do?
