Service Center Diagnosis Top Case Assembly Replacement

Does this really include the battery? Why does it mean if liquid contact indicators are not activated and they need to replace the top case already since power button isn’t functioning. Wheras my main problem is the speaker of my macbook pro 2017. Can someone explain this to me please. Is this necessary????

Apple has reduced the number of sub-assemblies they are stocking for most Macs. That means anything related to top-case uses a top-case assembly for repair:: keyboard, battery, dented top-case, trackpad -- all take the same rather more expensive part that includes all.

The folks who can explain this to you further had their hands on the other side of the piece of paper when they handed it to you.
