Transfering EDL or edits from FCP10.4.4 project to 10.4.3?

I just brought back to life an oldschool SD project into FCPX 10.4.4 and added some new footage on top of the sequence. Now that I've rendered and exported, even though it has the exact same timeline settings (created project from 1st clip/original clip) the titles in the video are pixelated and looks worse than original file. Not sure what's going on with FCP 10.4.4 but I brought the original clip into older, 10.4.3 version, exported a short clip and it looks GOOD like it should.

In this video, I've added 15 new clips on top of the old footage (creating a multicam without using multi-cam editing). Question is, without having to write down each and every IN/OUT of every new video on top of the orginal clip, is there a way to expedite this process by dropping in all the clips I used from the 10.4.4 timeline and export the EDL and execute the same edits in 10.4.3?

I've never used EDL before, so I'm wondering if this is the proper procedure to save tons of time to re-create this video without having to do it all manually, or write it all down and transfer by hand. PLEASE ADVISE..THANKS

Please delete this question. I discovered the answer was exporting from XML, but more importantly, the problem I had in the first placed was FCPX was creating the project as 29.97p instead of 29.97i like the original file was, even though I told it to use the settings from the original clip! Sheesh. This explains why the titles were blurry going from interlaced to progressive as well as the video quality too.
