iTunes installed but not listed in the programs list (Windows 10)

Hello, I have downloaded iTunes 12.9.2.6 from Microsoft Store and installed it on my laptop. The program works but I can't find it in the "Uninstall or change a program" list in Control Panel. Is this normal?
