Migration assistant Dell to IMac

I was told by tech support to turn off the wifi on my Dell laptop while doing a migration assistant data transfer to my new Apple desk top. I can not find how to turn the wifi back ON with the Dell running Windows 10. Its beena few months and i really need help. Thanks for helping on a “Dell question”.
