Some apps not working on mobile data connections . On wifi they are working . Tried some of the suggestion from apple forum like mobile roaming and manually changing network operator but does not work .
Suggest me with an appropriate option .

Settings, scroll down to the app that don't work, click on that app then enable cellular data for that app.
I solved this issue after updating the latest version through iTunes. Now all and every features are working fine with mobile data.
I am in roaming right now . Thats why i turned on the da roaming . But after that too problem remains the same .
Actually all the apps were working fine . Problem arises two days ago , thought software update might resolve that , so updated my os to 12.1.1 but issue remains same .
What phone? What network? What app?

if in roaming, might be your provider.
same issue i am facing, some of apps are working and i am not able to open websites.
Many of websites are not working, dont know why??
