payment information could not be updated to none

Hello Dear,

I can not change my payment method to none!

I checked all possible ways but my problem is unsolved.

Please, help me

These are the instructions that you are following : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
