Unable to use Apple Pay

My Apple Pay is all set up correctly and was working 2 weeks ago, next day stopped working.. Card details are all correct and the card works fine, phone has face ID set up and all correct.


I've reset the phone data, put all new data in, re-registered the card etc.. Still not working.


It opens up the program and scans my face and says 'Hold to reader' but it doesn't actually pay..


What's going on?
