I can't sign in to the Apple Store and iTunes

I don't know why I can't but it keeps loading every time I try. I tried to sign out and when I tried to sign back in it told me it couldn't connect to the iTunes and app stores. I'm using an iPhone 5c and I'm running on the latest software. Thank you!
Why can't you, what happens, where is it happening (iOS device, computer's iTunes, iOS/iTunes version), and what have you tried to see if it fixes it ?
its my internet service that was not effective at the place was earlier but I tried doing it at a different location and it works. Thank you so much
