Remote Management

Hi, I have a question. So I have factory restored my MacBook Pro. Then after that I came across this screen saying “Remote management enables the administrator of “Google LLC”. I clicked continue and this window pops up with this google login screen, so I tried my google account but nothing is working. It kept saying “Unknown error occurred while logging in” Now I cannot get pass this screen at all. How do I resolve this issue? How do I get passed this so I can continue setting up my Mac. I don’t know how this happen. Just to clarify, this is my MacBook and it is not stolen at all. It was my brothers but he had gave it to me as a gift. He had purchased it from an apple store.
