everything is disabled. i am using from myanmar and use thailand address because no country to choose myanmar.
pls advice.

You cannot use a country's store unless you are in that country and have a billing address there. Until if/when Apple open an iTunes Store in Myanmar you won't be able to have an iTunes account and download any iTunes content.
