Frequent crashes: Dyld Error Message: Symbol not found: clock_gettim

My MacOS is Yosemite on MacBook Pro 15" (mid-2012 retina). Two days ago, I installed both Sierra and High Sierra on its VirtualBox as guest. While It was installing the Guest High Sierra inside VirualBox, I got the warning that "Startup Disk is full". I had only 300 MB free on my 373GB capacity. Then I moved many of my apps in the Application folder in another Drive ( non-SSD )! (Maybe that caused the problem.) Then, I had 25GB free space on my SSD.

I have already checked inside my MacBook and it is really clean however, I used dust spray to make it super clean! Last night, I was running Cubase AI by Yamaha's Steinberg.

My system started crashing after overheating, Now after say 2-10 minutes my computer crashes, specially when I use applications with high processing power.

For the moment, I have MacsFanControl and set the 4000 RPM for now till I write this. I got the crash logs I will explain below.

Before I take this to Apple Service, or applying Thermal paste, I would like to understand what this is?

Here is a portion of my crash log. Can any one can help please? I do greatly appreciate it.

Thank you very much.
