Perfect Week achievement missing

. I have closed all the circles in the last week for prerfect week ... the watch said that I won the prize but on the phone I can not find a badge. I am waiting 24 hours and it has not appeared yet, thank you

I tried restarting the Apple Watch and iPhone (including force-restarting) and the badge still doesn't show up on the Apple Watch. iphone activity app won´t update badge I am missing my perfect month achievement for October- it popped up on my watch, so I know I earned it and it's even on the achievements of that day but not showing up on the over all achievements. Already did the restart phone then Apple Watch thing.AW S4 with watchOS 5.1

It can take up to 9 days for it to appear.

You can try rebooting your phone, that sometimes makes the awards appear.
