Hi – I’ve contacted Apple support via Twitter and they referred me here to figure out how to create a table of contents for a new document in Pages for iOS.
So, how do I create a table of contents on my iPad Pro?

It’s very easy to do that. Just create a table and fill it in like this!

I dont think you can add a table of contents automatically while on an iOS device. I can find bookmarks, which then show up in the menu as an option, but dont seem to be able to used as a link from within the document like i would expect for a table of contents.
I have looked in both the online users guides for Pages iOS and Pages Mac.
Only the mac version has a topic listing how to add a table of contents automatically.
