I was charged 2 times for $5.40 each that I didn’t do I want this removed because i can’t update any of my apps the last time I charge was November please help me out thank you

If you are saying that your account has been hacked (I assume you've changed its password) contact iTunes Support and see what they say : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
