Apple Watch IOS 5.1.2 Faulty?

Hi Folks,

Just updated the IOS on my watch to the latest 5.1.2, in relation to the recording of Activity it appears the update has some issues, I take the dog for a brisk walk almost every day for usually approx 45-70mins and without fail after 10 mins of walking the watch asks me if I'd like to record an outdoor workout and fairly accurately records how much time I'm on the walk.

With the new update I am getting maybe 1/3 of the 45-70 mins actually registering and no 'workout to be recorded' question being asked. Who do you contact at Apple to let them know someone screwed up in this activity area as I'm losing points from my health provider who gives me frequent flyer points for staying healthy tracked by the activity data and steps I take?
