it just started about 3 weeks ago and i tried all i knew to do but still have the problem. when you hit the camera app and the camera comes on the camera starts shaking terribly and if you take a picture it is blurry

You’re welcome. If the coverage on that program has ended, but your phone is affected you should contact Apple or you’re local Apple Authorized Service provider for your repair/replacement options.
