Can’t get apple CarPlay on new xs phone. Worked perfectly on old phone

I see that you're not finding CarPlay in the Settings application of your iPhone XS Max. I'm happy to help.
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If you're using restrictions, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Supply the passcode you've set up for it, then tap "Allowed Apps", and make sure CarPlay is on.
If you weren't using restrictions, review the information under "Set Content & Privacy Restrictions" and turn it on. Then select "Allowed Apps", turn off CarPlay and wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. Then check Settings > General to see if CarPlay is now available.
