iPhone 5s Bluetooth

Have you checked with the accessory manufacturer to make sure that your accessory supports your iOS device?

Also, are you able to pair other Bluetooth accessories to your iPhone?

When you visited Sony's website did you check for any available firmware updates?

If all there are no updates available or all available updates have been installed, you can Contact Apple Support for additional help.

Have you tried?...

Settings -> Bluetooth.

When you click on Bluetooth, turn it ON & sometimes, there’s a button called "Allow New Connections"?, then it might pop up, with the name "WH-CH500"
