Endless loop on iMail Auto Reply

FUN FACT:

Definitely don't send an email and copy yourself on the email. It will never stop resending the auto message. Bad idea. 1,000 of auto replies... they won't stop.

QUESTION:

Am I able to have the AUTO REPLY send ONCE to an email thread and then not keep sending with each email reply to same thread?
