My audio book is skipping content/sound glitches when I’m listening to it.

I just purchased an audio book through the iTunes store and my audio book is skipping content or having sound glitches. Can I get a refund?

If I understand your post correctly, you are having playback issues with an audiobook you purchased on your iPhone. I'd like to help.


I'd recommend trying the steps in this article:


If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker


To request a refund for a purchase follow these steps:


Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase
