Safari not working on iPad mini 4

Hello,


Safari does not appear to be working on my iPad mini 4. I click on the app, and it’s just a white screen which appears. No search bar, favourites or bookmarks. After about 20 seconds it closes and goes back to my home screen. I can’t even access it if I click on a link through a different application, like Mail. It’s not a connection issue as other devices in my household are fine.


I have cleared the History and Website Data.

Turned it on and off.

Updated to the recent iOS.


I’m not sure what else there is to do. Can someone please advise.
