Recover lost space and partition after failed uninstallation of bootcamp
Hi
I wanted to recover the space that I used for my bootcamp, but something went wrong and now I am stuck with 419GB OSX, 80GB of former bootcamp that I can't partition and 650MB free space that is not removable or resizable at all.
When I try to remove the 650MB of free space, by selecting it in the disk utility partition window and clicking on the "-" button and hitting apply then Partition an error comes up:
Running operation 1 of 1: Remove “--”…
An internal error has occurred and the disk for one of the specified operations could not be found. This may be a temporary issue, try again.
Operation failed…
I am not able to select the 80GB partition and merge that with my existing OSX partition. The "-" button is greyed out, even when I am in recovery mode.
I don't really care about the 650MB space, that can be forever lost on my SSD for all that I care, but I would very much like to get my 80GB of space back, can anyone help me?
My results for "diskutil list" is:
