I am an old iTunes user I still have my old iPod. When I joined Apple Music they just took the balance in my old iTunes account over $190 dollars and started charging everything to my credit card, that I used to join Apple Music. Does anyone know what happen to my $190 bucks?
The only way to resolve the problem of missing fund in your iTunes store is to have the problem escalated to the next level of support. The next level can locate your old data base with your fund in it. And create a new AppleID and Password for that old data base. If you click on your iTunes icon it will have the wrong applyID. find the signout on the iTunes pull down menu and re-signin.
