I recently got brand new airpods. On the third day of usage they all of sudden have white noise in the background. I have never dropped them or anything like that. I have cleaned them and charged them, no idea what to do. Please help :)

It sounds like you're hearing some noise distortion on your AirPods. I know it's important to get great sound from your AirPods, and I want to help you get this behaving as expected.
Have you tried to pair your AirPods to another device and test the sound quality?
Is this happening when performing a particular task or using a specific app with the AirPods?
