Playlists
I would like to make a playlist to include all easy listening songs, how do I do this and is there a limit to how many tracks I can include?

One way you can accomplish this is to create a smart playlist and use a rule that includes the genre Easy Listening. This would include all songs in your library with that genre. If you want to limit the size there's an option at the bottom to limit the playlist by number of songs, total size in Gigabyte or Megabytes, or time in minutes or hours.
