I have an iPad configured the way I want it. I want to use it as a blueprint and apply it to a cart of iPads using Apple Configurator. I created a backup of it and then applied the backup to a blueprint. But, it's not working. The blueprint doesn't show any apps when I click on information and when I applied it to 1 iPad as a test, it set it up as a new iPad. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!
We use Meraki to manage the devices. They do have the same apple id. I was able to use iPad and create a blueprint. But, I can't do it again. It was fairly easy the first time so I didn't write down the steps and now I can't duplicate it.
Are these managed devices using the same Apple ID?
