Hi All.

What is the procedure to pair a heart rate monitor with iPhone 6 (iOS 12)?

I purchase a Polar H10 to use with Nike RNC app, when Nike just says:

Connect your Heart Rate Monitor in iPhone Bluetooth options
Open "Health" app and enable Nike NRC as a HR source
Enable "Display Heart Rate" in Nike NRC settings
Just it!

But...these instructions are not working! So I tried to pair Polar H10 with your own software (Polar Beat), and it's working perfectly!

So I opened a support case with NRC app and they told me that it's a connection issue between iPhone and Polar H10. So, every time I restart my iPhone, Nike NRC can connect and display my heart rate during my runnings.

I tried to reset my network settings, restore my iPhone to factory settings and nothing changes.

Anyone has the same problem with Polar H10? How is the iPhone behavior using thirty-party heart rate monitors? Because with Apple Watch, I believe it works perfectly well!

What specifically about these instructions is not working?

If the H10 pairs with the phone and works with at least one app, the problem is not with the iPhone. It's most likely with the Nike app, despite what they've told you. Will the H10 pair with any other apps?

At what point in the instructions do things stop working? You've said you can pair the H10 to the phone. What happens when you try to do step 2? Step 3? And, what does Step 4 mean?

Try deleting NRC and resintalling.

Hi! Thanks for your fast answer.

Following these instructions, Nike NRC should show my HR, but it's not showing. That's the problem.

And the problem is only with NRC. I tested with Strava and Runkeeper, and it's working fine. Why this problem happens only with NRC? Remember: if I restart my iPhone, problem solved.
