iPhone Music

I purchased an album off of iTunes and not all the songs downloaded. It shows purchased but won’t let me download them how do I get them downloaded?

All 13 tracks appear on my iPhone, but on my iPad only 4 songs show up available to download. If not all tracks show there check to see if you've hidden them : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
