What do you mean by this? You've posted in the Home Sharing forum, which is an area for questions about the iTunes feature that lets you share media between your computers and devices on a local network. iTunes hasn't managed apps for over a year. See Hide App Store purchases - Apple Support if you want to hide, or unhide, some of your previous purchases from your account. You cannot erase your purchase history completely.
