Anyone can tell that should i can update my iPhone 5 from iOS 10 to the latest version?

And is there any way to update the iOS manually?

iPhone Update Issues I have an outdated iPhone 6s plus with iOS 13.5.1, I’ve been trying to update it to get it to iOS 15.2.1. There are no upgrades for that device.

10 is as high as it will go.
