My haptic on my iPhone 8+ has stopped working, I have tried restarting it multiple times but it still isn’t working, if I were to take it into the Apple store what would they do? And would it cost anything?

Is the haptic feedback enabled?
Settings>Sounds&Haptics>... last options should be ON (green).
If it is already on, try switching it off and on again.
If you get no improvements, then your iPhone needs to be inspected at your most convenient Apple Store, or Authorized Service Provider:
