Apple Watch says wrong passcode

I have an iwatch that says “wrong passcode”. Open Apple Watch app on iPhone go to passcode tap tee able passcode then try again. However my phone has been unpaired from the iphone so I don’t have that option - how do I erase my Iwatch to start all over again
