Apple Music HomePod Discount

I mistakenly deleted the notification of discount for Apple Music Subscribers against the Apple HomePod. Is there any way of having the promo code re-sent?

I’ve just called customer support. It seems that the only solution they are giving is to purchase the product and then call them back so they can reimburse your account.

Hi, just spoke with Apple Technical Support - they are speaking with engineers to see if there is any way of retrieving my promo code. If you haven’t spoken to Technical Support, it might be worth giving them a try.

I had a difficult time as well talking to multiple teams and neither of them could help me until I called back and spoke to technical services in Ireland. Unfortunately after 25 mins the call was cut off. The good news I received the promo code using a push notification on my iPhone. It might be possible to get the promo code on any trusted devices on your account - iPad, watch. Hope it works for you.

I managed to use my the promo code for the HomePod by using the website. If you look carefully on the page, under step 4, there is a box to enter the promo code. It worked fine for me - HomePod delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Hope this works for you today.

Thanks for the update - must admit I am a little nervous outlaying that sort of money in the hope that they reimburse. John Lewis and Curry’s have an offer of £279 for the HomePod - I believe this works out £10 more than having the discount applied. I might be cautious and go down this route. When trying to purchase a new HomePod, I received a discount code for being an Apple Music subscriber but when I get to checkout, it Doesn’t give me the option to add the discount code? It runs out tomorrow, can anyone advise me please?
