Purchase notice
I got a notice there has been a purchase for Last Battleground for $24.02. It is fraud and I need to get it off of my account.

How did you get this 'notice' ? If an email you are sure that it’s a genuine email from Apple and not a phishing attempt trying to get your account and payment details ?
