MY IPAD JUST SHUTDOWNED TWO DAYS AGO

My ipad shutdowned and I can,t start it so I need help.When I try to start it and it shows a screen in which there it says connect to itunes and on top it says this support.apple.com/ipad/restore.Can anybody tell me how to fix this ?

Have you connected the iPad to your computer's iTunes and followed the instructions on that site : If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support ?
