I can’t seem to connect to a cellular tower
I have on data due to not being able to connect to any cellular towers.
Has anyone run into this problem?

Contact your carrier and ask them if they have any issue on their side and/or if there is any problem with your traffic/data plan.
Then try this:
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
When done, restart your iphone and test it.
If you get no help, make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iP6s+ inspected.
