can you upgrade the video card that came in the computer NVIDIA GEFORCE 320M to one that is able to run Mojave or would it just be easier to buy a computer that already has videocard that can run Mojave? if so do you have any video demos?

Apple is not here. This is a users forum so we have no video demos. As far as updating your card, no you can't. Any Mac made after Late 2012 can run Mojave.
