Touch ID not working after new battery

Best Buy just changed the battery on my Iphone 7. Now Touch ID is not working. The screen jumps around when I try to open the phone with my finger. I tried creating a new finger print, but nothing happens when I put my finger on the home button.

Bring it back to Best Buy.

Apple will not service an iPhone opened by a 3rd party.
