I am trying to download the new update for my Apple Watch 4. It starts, then pauses and says “You can resume downloading when connected to WiFi. “ I am connected, and the watch is in it’s charger. It won’t finish downloading. What is going on? Anyone else having this problem?

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the download continues to pause, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap General > Usage > Software Update, then delete the update file. After you delete the file, try to download and install the update again.
