My Bydge won’t pair with my iPad on Bluetooth.

I have a fairly new Brydge 12.9 and live it BUT I cannot get it to turn on and stay on. The power button comes on, flashes green and then goes off. I plugged it in overnight. I am certain it is something quite simple but I am at a loss. Please give me some advice!

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that your Brydge 12.9 keyboard is not working as expected when paired to your iPad.


Since the device isn't maintaining power, I suggest contacting Brydge support to further troubleshoot. You can find instructions for charging and pairing your keyboard, along with contact information for Brydge support, here:
