downloading photos to windows PC from Icloud

I am trying to download ALL of my photos in ICLOUD to my windows PC. I cant figure out how to get them to directly download into a specific photos folder rather than having them go individually into my general downloads folder? I can move them one my one, but I have over 5,000 photos to transfer.

Any suggestions
