Transfer passwords from old iPad Air to iPad Pro
I certainly have 88 passwords on my older iPad and really would like to move/copy to my new iPad

Easy.
Ensure that you’re logged in to your iCloud account on both iPads - then check that you’ve enabled the Keychain on both iPads:
Settings > [Your iCloud account] > iCloud > Keychain - toggle the iCloud Keychain switch to ON.
All your passwords will synchronise between your devices via your iCloud account.
