Reminders don’t ring.

This has been going on for many months. I have even upgraded from 7 to a XS Max and it still persists.

I have the app set to ring with a tone and vibrate, show on the lock screen, Notification Center and badges. When I set a reminder, my watch will vibrate but my phone will not light up unless I pick it up. It never ever rings which defeats its purpose for me. Very frustrating as I have a poor memory and rely on reminders daily.

I have tried restarting my phone, rebooting it, removing reminders from iCloud and adding it back. Removing it from the Notification Center and adding it back. I’ve also checked that the app is set with a tone to ring in Notifcations as well as Sounds & Hepatics under Settings.

There must be a setting somewhere that is causing the issue since this has persisted even with having upgraded to a new phone.
